# Clap Cheekz Community Code

Clap Cheekz should be competitive, social, and fun without putting players at
risk. These rules apply to usernames, direct messages, public or live games,
lobbies, reports, and any other player-to-player feature.

## Respect other players

Do not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or repeatedly target another
player. Hate speech, slurs, discrimination, sexual harassment, and content that
promotes violence against a person or protected group are not allowed.

## Protect privacy and safety

Do not share or request another person's private information, credentials,
financial details, exact location, or intimate content. Do not impersonate
another person or CyFi Network staff. Content involving sexual exploitation,
credible threats, or attempts to endanger another person may be escalated to
the appropriate service or authority when legally required.

## Protect children

Clap Cheekz has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation,
grooming, sexualization of a minor, solicitation or exchange of sexual imagery
involving a minor, or conduct that facilitates child endangerment. Apparent
child-safety concerns receive urgent review under the private safety process.
Report child-safety concerns through the in-app controls or to
`admin@cyfinetwork.com`.

## Keep the game fair

Do not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, manipulate matchmaking, evade a
restriction, interfere with service operation, or attempt to obtain gas,
drinks, gifts, or purchases fraudulently. Report a security issue privately to
`admin@cyfinetwork.com` instead of exploiting or publishing it.

## No spam or scams

Do not send repetitive or unwanted messages, deceptive links, commercial spam,
payment requests, investment promotions, crypto solicitations, or attempts to
move another player into an unsafe transaction.

## Use the safety controls

Players can block another player and report conduct from the social and message
features. Reports should be truthful and include only information relevant to
the concern. Deliberately false or abusive reporting may itself result in
action.

## Enforcement

Depending on severity, context, and history, CyFi Network may issue guidance or
a warning, remove access to chat or social play, apply a temporary suspension,
reverse fraudulently obtained virtual items, or permanently ban an account.
Serious safety threats may result in immediate restriction while a review is
completed.

Permanent bans require independent authorization under the Clap Cheekz
moderation process. Enforcement actions are audited. A player can submit an
appeal from Account Safety & Appeals, and an eligible appeal is reviewed by a
senior reviewer who did not issue the original action.
